What are your accepted payment methods?

We want to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible, so we have our website set up to accept PayPal & Credit or Debit Cards.
We have also introduced Gift Cards & e-Vouchers option too, so if you have received one as a gift you can pay for all or part of your order using that.

Can I shop offline as well as online?

Yes of course! We have our gift shop in Bellfield, Kilmarnock.
We can also deal with your order over the phone too, because we know that sometimes you just want to speak to someone in this clinical tech-age…

Can I return my item?

We’re certain that you’ll love your purchase but, on the rare occasion that it’s not right, we’ll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. Just return the un-used item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 30 days of purchase.

Can I have my purchase delivered to a different address?

Of course! We understand that you can’t always be at home for deliveries, so having your order delivered to a different address can make shopping online even more convenient. It’s also really handy when you’re buying a gift for someone too!
Just fill out the separate delivery address section after your billing address details at checkout.

Do you sell Gift Cards or Vouchers?

We sure do!

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We do!
Just select “international delivery” when you’re checking out.

We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality, and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects.
