Highland Titles have been actively involved with conservation for over 15 years. Having started in 2004, planting new woodlands and fencing to permit regeneration in Glen Spean. Highland Titles purchased more land in 2007 in order to restore the land to productive oak and birch woodland as it would have once been. In addition to planting about 5000 trees per year, Highland Titles have constructed a car park and about 2 km of road, plus several km of paths to permit public access.

They are driven by three goals:

To create, manage, improve and maintain multiple Nature Reserves throughout Scotland.

Highland Titles Limited is part of Highland Titles Charitable Trust for Scotland. This ensures that the land Highland Titles own can only ever be used for the purposes of conservation.
