- Walkers Shortbread
- 240ml milk
- 104g sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4-5 fresh Scottish strawberries

Add the milk and sugar to a medium-sized saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
